Limited Warranty

NEXO products are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and operating conditions.

Warranty coverage applies only to products used in accordance with published specifications and installation guidelines.

The specific warranty duration and terms will be published prior to commercial launch.

Warranty Exclusions

The limited warranty does not cover:

• Improper installation or use outside published specifications
• Physical damage, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification
• Use in applications for which the product was not designed
• Damage caused by external systems or environmental conditions

Returns

Returns are accepted in accordance with our published return policy. Return authorization is required prior to sending any product back.
